We had a good experience with DFS. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Our job ended up being more complex than originally thought but they worked with us on pricing to get the problem fixed within our limited budget and time-frame. David, Izzy and the whole crew were fantastic! I can’t say enough good things. My basement was taking on 200 gallons a day from ground water flooding and I was freaking out. David was experienced, professional, empathetic and responsive. I interviewed three different companies and these guys were the clear choice….no used car sales tactics, laptop presentations by 23 year olds (you’ll see who I mean by that if you get a quote from them), or other stupid stuff that wasted my time. The crew was respectful of my house and worked tirelessly to get this done – it’s no small job to install a sump pump system as I found out, but these guys came when they said they would, did a great job cleaning up, and were very courteous. Thanks DFS, I’m bone dry!

We had Tom and Denver Foundations help us in our basement following the major flooding in SE Denver in 2015. Tom quickly responded and even loaned us a sump pump to use to keep water from continuing to rise until he could get our home into his schedule.

In 2015 Denver Foundations added two drains in key areas of the basement along with a sump pump. The work was completed timely and the crew was responsive, clean and thorough throughout the entire project.

There have been some significant storms and snow melt since our system was installed by Denver Foundations and we have had absolutely no water in our basement! During a couple periods, we could hear the sump pump working and experience led not a drop of moisture in the basement foundation. It is such a relief to have confidence that that the drains and pump are in place and work well! Thanks Tom and team!!

Tom and his team were great. I had a sump pump and interior trench drain installed in my basement. Their price was very reasonable and Tom took plenty of time to assess the problem and provide multiple options. The only issue we had was the sump pump PVC pipe had a leak, which they came out and fixed a few weeks later. My only other issue is that I was told it came with a 10 year warranty, but never received any warranty paperwork or receipt for it.

The good: This company provided multiple svcs, one stop shop. My basement foundation had cracks, driveway was chipped,constantly breaking away, garage also had some damage. Reasonalble cost for all work performed. Love the texture work on the basement wall. All issues were worked in one week. Tom is easy to work with, totally satisfied with his customer svc. Recommended improvements: Clean-up, not all areas were cleared of matter, cleaned.
